An AI receptionist built for your business, in accounts you control.
Osvello builds and configures your AI receptionist inside your own business environment — set up for after-hours and overflow calls and tailored to your call-handling rules. You keep the accounts; you keep control.

The problem
A missed call can be a missed opportunity.
It's rarely the big jobs that slip. It's the everyday moments when the phone rings and you can't reach it.
During installations
A new call comes in while your hands are on a torsion spring. The caller hangs up before you can answer.
After closing
The phone rings at 9 PM. By morning, the caller has already called someone else.
While you're on another call
One customer is on the line and a second is waiting. The second caller doesn't leave a message.
How delivery works
From discovery to handoff.
Discovery & scope
We map your call flow, hours, FAQs, intake questions, and escalation rules, and agree the scope in writing before any work starts.
Build & configure
We build and configure the AI receptionist inside your own business accounts, tailored to the call-handling rules you approve.
Test & your approval
We test greetings, intake, and escalation paths with you. Nothing goes live until you approve it — and the AI never dispatches a technician on its own.
Launch & handoff
We launch together and hand over setup documentation and a walkthrough, as agreed in scope. You run the system in accounts you control.
Features
Built around how service businesses actually work.
After-hours & overflow coverage
Answer calls outside business hours and during busy stretches, so callers get a response instead of voicemail.
Consistent greetings
Every caller hears the same calm, professional greeting and intake flow you approved.
Structured service-request intake
Capture the service need, location, and callback preference in a consistent format for your review.
Business-specific FAQs
Answer common questions using your approved answers — hours, service areas, and what you do and don't handle.
Clear callback & escalation rules
Route urgent or unusual situations to your instructions, so nothing important slips through quietly.
Appointment booking
A separately scoped integration — added only after compatibility, your booking rules, and testing are confirmed. Never by default, and separate from the sales calendar link on this page.

Garage doors
Where we're starting. Urgent repairs — broken springs, snapped cables, stuck doors, off-track panels — captured with urgency flagged, and tune-ups, safety inspections, and scheduled service logged consistently.

“Hi, my garage door spring snapped this morning and the door is stuck open — can someone come out today?”
Caller asks — scheduled tune-up (fictional example)
“The door's been grinding lately. Could I get a tune-up scheduled sometime next week?”

Implementation pricing
A clear quote for your setup.
Every project is quoted for its agreed scope. Here's how pricing works:
One clear proposal
Every project is quoted based on your call flow, integrations, and scope. The proposal separates our implementation work from third-party platform and usage charges, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
You control the accounts
We build and configure inside the provider accounts you select. You own and control those accounts, and their platform and usage charges run under your own provider agreements.
Support, agreed in writing
Ongoing support, maintenance, and future changes are included only as specified in the agreed proposal — nothing is assumed beyond what's written.
Scope, fees, timing, and support are agreed in the proposal, in writing, before work begins. Provider platform and usage charges stay separate, under your own provider agreements.
Discuss your setupPhone demo
Hear our receptionist on the company line.
The most honest demo is a real phone call. Our company number will also serve as the demo line: once it's connected, call it and speak with the same kind of AI receptionist we'd configure for your business.
A company demo number has not been set up yet.
We don't have a number to list — and we won't publish one until it's verified and answering. When it's live, this section becomes a direct line: ring it, and the receptionist that answers is an example of the call-handling approach we can configure for your business.
No number is published here yet, and nothing on this page captures or processes your audio today. See our privacy notice.
